Moral Theories
Some moral theories have stood the test of time, while others have resurfaced. Virtue Ethics were well noted by Plato, Aristotle (384-322 BCE), and others and was lost in the nursing world in around the past twenty years. Deontology is also called Kantianism, based on the German philosopher Immanuel Kant. Of the first utilitarianism was Epicurus, who was a Roman philosopher and his teachings were around 200-300 BCE and kept going through the 1700s to the 2000s by other famous philosophers.
